Mediterranean Marinade

This Mediterranean marinade is perfect for chicken. Actually, it’s perfect for all meats and even grilled vegetables.
Go Get This Stuff
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
Then Do This
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. If storing, place in an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator. It should keep for about 2 weeks. Stir well prior to using.

Suggested Marinating Times
Beef: 4 to 8 hours; Chicken: 1 to 4 hours; Pork: 2 to 6 hours; Seafood or Fish: 1 hour or less; Vegetables: 1 to 2 hours.
